Despite the beauty industry's multi-billion dollar success, African Americans have historically had limited ownership and influence within it. Lashae is committed to changing that narrative.

Under Lashae's leadership, Midtown Beauty is set to make a powerful impact by focusing on providing high-quality, black-owned hair care products that cater specifically to the unique needs of Black men, women, and children. From locs and braids to color and protective styles, our products are designed with the black experience in mind, prioritizing health and well-being above all else.
